We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from NATEEN. Please read our policy below to understand your options.

Returns

15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all the following criteria:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at Yuki@nateen.com with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Instructions: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and send it to the address we provide, including the RMA number inside the package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at Yuki@nateen.com. Include your order number and photos or a video of the item and the issue. We will evaluate the situation and resolve it promptly, typically by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned for hygienic, safety, or custom nature reasons. This includes:

Incomplete products that have been unpacked

Sale items or discounted merchandise.

Gift cards.

Refunds

  • Inspection & Approval
    Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval status via email.
  • Processing Time
    If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Important Notes
    Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account (typically 3-5 business days after we issue it).
